Girl Scout Fun at The Learning Center
and Girl Scout Campus

The Girl Scout Camps often offers activities planned by the Tarheel Triad Council.
• Activities are available for all age levels on weekdays and weekends.
• Activities may include fun sleepovers, workshops on such topics as careers, jewelry making, nature, yoga, self-defense, photography, scrap booking, and more.
• Daisy Girl Scouts can earn Petals, Brownies can earn Try-Its, Juniors can earn badges, older girls can complete Interest Projects and Focus Book activities.
 



Your troop or service unit may plan its own activities. Past activities have included:
• Sleepovers
• Recognition Events (Thinking Day, Juliette Low Birthday Party,
Bridging at the bridge)
• Fun/learning days, exploring computers, sewing on machines, nature (on both the Tree Trail and the lake trail or at the butterfly meadow)
• Health and fitness days, using the gymnatorium or the fitness room.
