The Learning Center is one of three areas
of the Girl Scout Campus at Magnolia Manor
In addition to The Learning Center, we have:

Magnolia Manor, the Girl Scout Service Center, houses the
administrative offices for the Girl Scouts, Tarheel Triad Council.
Membership services, adult training, girl program, outdoor program,
finance, fund development and cookie program are managed from this
building. Magnolia Manor is also used as a community resource through
the special events/leasing department. Community businesses, civic
groups and families can lease the facility for meetings, trainings and
social functions
Natural Areas. Within the 90 acre campus, there
are many acres of beautiful, natural green space. The grounds are home
to:

meandering walking trails
• the Tree Trail, an interpretive outdoor classroom in the woods between
Magnolia Manor and The Learning Center
• an outdoor pavillion
• a butterfly meadow
• a playing field
• a butterfly garden and a small zen garden on opposite sides outside
The Learning Center.
The Learning Center features:
•
Five program rooms (including one set up as a computer lab)
• one screened-in, outdoor classroom
• a gymnatorium
• a small kitchen.
The building also houses the Girl Scout Shop and Tarheel
Triad Council’s Volunteer Resource Room.
